Notes:	Outlines the methodology and findings of a study aimed at assessing the effectiveness of therapy, counselling and/or group work with women who are victims of domestic violence as compared to women receiving no treatment. A search of available quantitative and qualitative studies relevant to the research question was conducted and some of the gaps in current research identified. A listing of resources and articles consulted in the course of the review is provided and a series of tables summarising the methodology, findings, strengths and weaknesses of each of the studies examined is presented.
