Whilst this evaluation report is positive about the ‘Respect, Protect, Connect’ programme and peer educators, it remains critical about the lack of formal evaluation and support mechanisms. Recognises some constraints, especially limited funding. Recommendations include the establishment of a formal mechanism to provide advice to WHISE on young women's issues, upgrade of the education manual, more formal support and supervision to peer leaders and educators, development of a programme brochure and regular evaluation of workshop sessions. Most importantly, it is highlighted that the Respect, Protect, Connect programme would benefit from being seen as part of the core business of WHISE to encourage long-term planning and development.en
