Little was known about Australian early intervention programmes, and whether they had the specific objective of crime prevention. This comprehensive document reports the findings of a project which reviewed international literature on human development and early intervention, identified and collected detailed information on early intervention programmes in Australia and formulated a policy framework for planning developmental and prevention initiatives.</p>en
