dc.description.notesThis report sets out a business case for ongoing funding of the Victorian Bsafe program, as well as findings from a 2012 evaluation of the Bsafe program.<br/ ><br/ >Bsafe is a personal alarm system for women who have experienced family violence, have an Intervention Order in place that excludes the perpetrator from the victim's premises, and are at risk of the Intervention Order being breached.<br/ ><br/ > * A Bsafe partner agency forum, involving a total of seven representatives from five partner agencies.<br/ >The findings from this 2012 evaluation confirmed previous evaluation findings (an interim evaluation in 2010, and a final evaluation report from 2011) about the effectiveness of the Bsafe model in:<br/ >The report also presents evidence about the cost-effectiveness of Bsafe, stating that Bsafe costs 63 percent less than other services to women and children experiencing domestic violence (including relocation).<br/ ><br/ >The report recommends that the Victorian government adopt the Bsafe model throughout rural Victoria.en
