dc.description.notes
The production of this guide was led by Rachael Pascua (Co-ordinator, R4Respect). This guide was developed through, and is informed by a research project funded by Australia’s National Research Organisation for Women’s Safety (ANROWS). This research - Young people as agents of change in preventing violence against women - was conducted by Griffith University researchers Dr Karen Struthers and Professor Clare Tilbury and Research Officer Natalie Parmenter, YFS Ltd. Research partners included YFS Ltd, Logan and specialist sexual assault service Ruby Gaea, Darwin. A feature of the research was the funding and technical support from ANROWS to translate the findings of the research into practice through this guide. The activities in the guide were developed with input from the peer educators in R4Respect. Special thanks to Jennifer Uwineza, Andrew Taukolo, Beenush Khokhar and Nadia Saeed for their valued contributions.

Publication details
This R4Respect peer education guide was published by YFS Ltd, Logan, Queensland in May 2019 with funding and support from Australia’s National Research Organisation for Women’s Safety (ANROWS).
