Older people actively participated in measuring community responses, establishing a reference group and creating the project. A forum named “Celebrating the Talents and Creativity of Older Persons and Examining the Obstacles of Growing Older with Dignity and Worth” was conducted to provide information, opportunities of expression, interest and motivation. The forum’s success assisted the continuation of the partnership and the further development of the project.
