Notes:	Describes the development and operation of the Joondalup Family Violence Court in Western Australia. One of the key features of the Court’s performance is inter-agency collaboration. The paper points out the specific role of each of the agencies involved, which include: Community Justice Services and Victim Support Service of the WA Department of Justice; West Australian Police Service; Department of Community Development; Relationships Australia; and the Patricia Giles Centre. The objectives, principles, priorities, conduct and people included in the project are also discussed.
