Notes:  Describes some stages of a ten-month project to improve service provision for victims of domestic violence and their children in Dubbo, NSW. Around thirty-three organisations agreed to participate in one of the following areas: survey, interagency guidelines, focus groups/evaluation or service provision. Some of the strategies that have been implemented include a survey of service providers to assess levels of knowledge; training for crisis on-call workers; and the development of links with stakeholders and the media. The results of the survey are discussed.
