| Abstract: | Pregnancy and the perinatal period offers a critical window for midwives to improve health outcomes for women and children. Midwives need knowledge and skills to respond appropriately and sensitively to women's and families' needs with complex psychosocial concerns. This article offers some education and resources to help midwives caring for women who are survivors of domestic family violence. |
