Abstract:  Assessing the effectiveness of mindfulness intervention is crucial for establishing the most effective methods for helping those who have experienced stalking and are suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). An examination of the current body of literature on mindfulness intervention and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) resulting from experiences of being stalked may offer clinicians a valuable tool to employ when working with this specific group. Mindfulness intervention is an effective treatment for depression, anxiety, and PTSD. This project centers explicitly on post-traumatic stress disorder. This effort gathered, consolidated, and examined pre-existing high-quality literature on persons whom stalkers have targeted and subsequently developed post-traumatic stress disorder. The findings demonstrated that mindfulness therapies are advantageous modalities and techniques that clinicians can utilize for victims of stalking with PTSD. The project aimed to educate mental health professionals and empower patients to make a more informed choice regarding a prospective treatment option that is more suitable for this specific group of people. Furthermore, this study investigated the recommended approaches for future studies in specific domains.
