Abstract:  This landmark report presents data and insights from the first Australian survey focused on the sexual health and well-being of trans and gender diverse (TGD) populations. The report highlights significant disparities in sexual health outcomes, access to care, and experiences of sexual violence. The findings advocate for better data collection, policy reforms, and gender-sensitive health services to improve the sexual and mental health of TGD Australians. Key recommendations include reforming sexual health care practices and expanding support services for survivors of sexual violence.
