It incorporates key messages from national consultations and expert feedback and offers a tiered approach to knowledge and skills development for workers in different roles. This guide is inclusive of victims of child sexual abuse from diverse backgrounds and focuses on creating trauma-informed and culturally safe environments. It also highlights workforce development and coordination across service systems to provide holistic support for victims and survivors.
