Notes:	Safe at Home, Safe at Work, a campaign aims to introduce domestic violence entitlements, such as paid leave and flexible working arrangements, into Australian workplace conditions, to enable those affected by violence to be supported and stay safe at work. This article looks at why Safe at Home, Safe at Work is so important, strategies being used to implement reform and what has been achieved so far. It describes that economic cost of domestic violence, the impact of such violence at work, role of employers, the workplace rights campaign and strategies to address the issues.
