Notes:  This article highlights the value and challenges of employment for the victims of domestic and family violence. The article explains the aims of the Domestic Violence Workplace Rights and Entitlements Project. The project involved surveying employees and employer groups in order to assist in the introduction of domestic and family violence clauses in workplace agreements. These clauses enable employees who are the victims of domestic or family violence to access certain benefits designed specifically to assist victims.
