Notes:  This report presents the findings of an evaluation of the NSW Women’s Refuge Movement program, the Women’s Family Law Support Service. The program provided non-legal information and support services to women attending the Sydney Family Law Registry and separating from an abusive or violent partner. Drawing on qualitative data from interviews with women and court staff, findings are reported on accessibility and proactive outreach, provision and impact of support, the referral process, ensuring safety at court, providing information, advocacy and recommendations for improvement and benefits to the court.
