Notes:	This draft proposal explains the impetus for and context of a ten-year partnership framework for key government agencies involved in the provision of services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, including the Department of Families, Department of Corrective Services, Queensland Health and Department of Housing. Core principles guiding domestic violence prevention and intervention are identified and the key outcomes, hoped to be achieved through the agreement, are outlined. Roles and responsibilities of agencies involved are set out and various mechanisms for evaluating and monitoring the initiative are proposed.
