Notes:	This report presents an overview of training in Australia in the area of violence against women. It incorporates the results of three consultancy reports on the issue of training in the area of violence against women including: the Guidelines for the Training of Service Providers Working in the Area of Violence Against Women Report; An Investigation of the Training of Key Occupational Groups - Police and Health Professionals Report; and the Train the Trainer Programs. The aim of the guidelines is to provide a suggested framework for agencies planning, funding or implementing training programmes in the area of violence against women.
