Under the WA Family and Domestic Violence Action Plan, a working party was established to advise the Domestic Violence Prevention Unit on the development of a best practice model. This is a report representing the first attempt in Western Australia to develop a best practice model in anticipation of funding being sought and provided for perpetrator programmes.
