The study sought to better understand how to support survivors of technology facilitated abuse identifying as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and/or CALD. A nationwide listening tour was conducted which sought feedback from 90 frontline domestic and family violence workers from 21 urban and regional agencies. The agencies were identified and selected for the study for their higher distribution rates of Safe Connections mobile phones to survivors identifying as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and/or CALD.

The report includes detailed findings and recommendations from frontline workers for the development of training and resources that will better support clients identifying as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander or CALD.
