Abstract:  This guide is directed and co-written by trans women and trans feminine people with the support of peers and allies. It addresses the objectification, fetishisation, and sexual exploitation faced by trans women and trans feminine people from cisgender men. The guide is intended for health and community service practitioners, providing strategies to better understand, address, and prevent these harmful behaviors. It draws on interviews with trans women, trans feminine people, cis men, and practitioners, promoting an approach based on structural feminist practice, trans-inclusive healthcare, and trauma-informed care.
