Abstract:  This report provides a comprehensive analysis of the experiences of migrant and refugee women facing workplace sexual harassment in Australia. Through a combination of survey data and qualitative research, the study reveals the complex intersections of sexual harassment, exploitative work conditions, and racial discrimination that these women encounter. The findings highlight the widespread normalization of unsafe work practices and the challenges women face in reporting and responding to harassment. The report offers critical insights into how power imbalances and cultural misunderstandings exacerbate these issues and presents recommendations for policy and practice to improve workplace safety and support for migrant and refugee women.
