| Abstract: | This report presents findings from 359 testimonies submitted to Not So Hospitable between August and December 2022. It provides an overview of the nature of participants’ experiences, identifying key themes, behaviours, and drivers of sexual harassment and assault within Adelaide's hospitality industry. The findings have important implications for the prevention of and responses to workplace harassment and call for industry reforms, including mandatory education programs, better support for hospitality workers, and stronger legal responses. |
